Instructions
Marinate chicken with 3 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for 2 hours.
Grill marinated chicken until cooked through, then cool and slice into chunks.
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and salt to make dressing.
Combine salad vegetables, grilled chicken, and dressing in a bowl. Serve with yogurt.
