Instructions
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings in a bowl. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
Make tzatziki by mixing yogurt, cucumber, garlic, and dill.
Cook rice or quinoa as per instructions and prepare vegetables.
Preheat air fryer to 380°F and cook chicken for 10 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F. Rest and slice.
