6largeeggs
1cupwhole milk or dairy free milk
1cupshredded cheese or dairy free alternative
Main Ingredients
1cupcooked breakfast sausage or diced vegetables
1cupgluten free bread cubes or gluten free hash browns
1smallonion, finely chopped
1cupbell peppers, diced
2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoonsalt
0.5teaspoonblack pepper
0.5teaspoonsmoked paprika
0.25teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Sauté onions and peppers in olive oil until soft. Brown sausage if using.
Spread bread cubes or hash browns in dish. Top with cooked vegetables and sausage.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Pour over the mixture and sprinkle cheese.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until set. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
