A tangy and crunchy German-style coleslaw perfect as a side dish or light appetizer.

Instructions
Rinse and shred the cabbage, then place in a bowl.
Add salt and lukewarm water, then marinate for 1 hour.
Rinse under water, strain, and dry thoroughly.
Mix vinegar, oil, black pepper, and caraway seeds into the cabbage.
Garnish with chopped chives and serve cold.
Notes
Ensure to rinse the cabbage well to remove excess salt and water.
