A quick and flavorful seafood pasta dish featuring succulent shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and garlic, perfect for a satisfying meal.

large raw shrimp
(peeled and deveined)

chili flakes
(or to taste)
Salt and Pepper
Kosher salt and ground pepper

Vegetables

cherry tomatoes
Cheese

freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Herbs

fresh parsley
(finely chopped)
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve 2/3 cup of pasta water.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add garlic, and cook for 1 minute.
Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink, then sprinkle chili flakes and set aside.
In the same skillet, add remaining oil and cook cherry tomatoes until burst, about 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with reserved pasta water.
Return shrimp and cooked pasta to the skillet, add Parmesan, toss to combine, and season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or red pepper flakes.
