A quick and flavorful whole wheat chicken pasta tossed in garlic butter and Parmesan, perfect for a satisfying meal.

boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into strips

Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1 cup of water, then drain.
Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook in 1 tbsp butter until golden, then set aside.
In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, add garlic, and cook 1 minute.
Add pasta to skillet, toss with garlic butter, add chicken, pour reserved water, then stir in Parmesan and parsley.
Garnish with parsley and chili flakes; serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
