Instructions
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley for 15 minutes.
Thread chicken pieces onto soaked skewers.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
In a small saucepan, melt butter and brush over cooked skewers. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
Garnish with additional parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
