A creamy, cheesy pasta dish featuring tender chicken and fragrant garlic, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden, then remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and simmer briefly.
  • Add cooked pasta and reserved water, then stir in cheeses and seasonings until melted and coated.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a richer flavor, sprinkle extra Parmesan on top before serving.
