Instructions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then cook minced garlic for 1 minute.
Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Remove shrimp and set aside; add cooked rice to the skillet, stirring to coat and heat through.
Return shrimp to the skillet, toss with rice, then sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
