Instructions
Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes until pink, then season with salt.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in remaining butter, lemon juice, and parsley. Turn off heat and serve immediately.
