Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
In a skillet, melt butter and cook chicken until browned, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add potatoes and vegetables to the skillet, toss with garlic butter, and transfer to the oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
