Ingredients

Yogurt and Add-ins

  • 16 oz nonfat plain yogurt or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 drizzle organic honey (about 1 teaspoon)
  • to taste fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, mango, kiwi, dragon fruit) (chopped or sliced)
  • 1/2 cup granola Nature's Path Organic Pumpkin Flax Seed Granola
  • optional amount chocolate (white or dark) (melted or chopped)
  • a handful nuts (chopped)

Instructions 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix yogurt with honey and optional protein or chocolate powder.
  • Pour and spread the mixture evenly on the parchment-lined sheet.
  • Add fruit, granola, nuts, and other toppings on top.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours until set, then break into pieces.
