Enjoy a refreshing and healthy treat with these homemade frozen mango popsicles, perfect for hot days or a quick dessert.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 cups ripe mango, chopped fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional) (based on mango sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (optional) (for brightness)

Instructions 

  • Add mango, coconut milk, sweetener, and lime juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
  • Run warm water over molds and gently remove popsicles before serving.

Notes

Use ripe mango for best flavor and adjust sweetener to taste.
