Enjoy these delicious frozen bananas dipped in chocolate and topped with sprinkles and nuts for a sweet treat.

(The more ripe the bananas, the better!)

Chocolate Chips
(semi sweet or milk chocolate)

Coconut Oil

Instructions
Peel and cut bananas in half lengthwise, then insert a popsicle stick into each.
Place bananas on parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 3 hours.
Microwave chocolate and coconut oil on half power for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
Dip frozen bananas into melted chocolate, then immediately sprinkle with nuts or sprinkles.
Place dipped bananas on parchment to cool, then serve. Store leftovers in freezer up to one month.
Notes
For easier dipping, work quickly after melting the chocolate.
