Enjoy these delicious and easy-to-make frozen banana pops dipped in dairy-free chocolate and topped with sprinkles.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 4 pieces Bananas (ripe and peeled)
  • 3/4 cup Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips (preferably Watkins brand)
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Sprinkles (optional, for topping)

Instructions 

  • Peel bananas and insert popsicle sticks into the bottom of each.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place bananas on top. Freeze for about 2 hours.
  • Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully melted.
  • Dip frozen bananas into the melted chocolate and top with sprinkles if desired. Return to the baking sheet and freeze until ready to serve.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and ensure the chocolate is fully melted for smooth dipping.
