Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare vegetables, tofu, and noodles. Soak rice wraps in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable.
Place a rice wrap on a damp surface, add a small amount of each ingredient in the center, starting with lettuce and ending with optional items.
Fold sides over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the ingredients.
Repeat with remaining wraps. Serve with dipping sauce like peanut or chili sauce.
