Ingredients

Rice Wraps

  • 4 pieces rice wraps
  • 2 cups lettuce leaves (washed and sliced into strips)
  • 1 cup diced melon (cantaloupe or honeydew, optional)
  • 0.25 cup crushed peanuts (optional)
  • 1 cup cooked rice noodles (optional)
  • 1 block sliced tofu (pressed and marinated, optional)

Instructions 

  • Prepare vegetables, tofu, and noodles. Soak rice wraps in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable.
  • Place a rice wrap on a damp surface, add a small amount of each ingredient in the center, starting with lettuce and ending with optional items.
  • Fold sides over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the ingredients.
  • Repeat with remaining wraps. Serve with dipping sauce like peanut or chili sauce.

Notes

Keep the rolls snug but avoid tearing the wraps. Use fresh ingredients for best flavor.
