Ingredients
whole oranges

Instructions
Boil whole oranges in water until soft, about 1 hour. Cool and blend until smooth.
Mix eggs, olive oil, sugar, and orange puree until combined.
Fold in almond flour, baking powder, and orange zest if using.
Pour batter into a greased pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing and serving.
