Sauce

  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise (can use low-fat or vegan)
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice (or lemon juice)

Instructions 

  • Cook rice according to package instructions.
  • Season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne if using. Sauté in oil until cooked through.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice to make spicy mayo.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, cooked shrimp, and fresh vegetables. Drizzle with spicy mayo.
