Ingredients

Eggs

  • 4 pieces Eggs (medium-sized)
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • A pinch Salt
  • ΒΌ tsp Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Sliced bread

Instructions 

  • Boil eggs for 8-10 minutes, peel, and chop the whites and mash the yolks.
  • Mix yolks, mayonnaise, coriander, salt, pepper, and egg whites.
  • Spread the mixture on a bread slice, cover with another slice, and cut in half.
