A quick and colorful veggie pizza perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner or weekend treat.

Ingredients

Dough and Base

  • 1 piece pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce

Cheese and Vegetables

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 piece bell pepper (thinly sliced, any color)
  • 1 small zucchini (thinly sliced)
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 0.5 red onion red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 0.5 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Prepare the crust on a baking sheet. Spread sauce over it, leaving a border.
  • Sprinkle cheese, then top with sliced vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly. Add spinach and basil, then serve.
