Ingredients

beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
Vegetables

fresh vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
Rice

jasmine or basmati rice
Sauce

Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Slice beef against the grain into strips.
Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
Heat oil in a skillet, cook beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
Add vegetables, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then pour sauce over and simmer for 1 minute.
