Diced Fresh Strawberries

  • 2 cups diced fresh strawberries

Sugar

  • 0.5 cup sugar

Butter (softened)

  • 0.25 cup butter softened

Egg

  • 1 egg egg

Vanilla Extract

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Non-fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 0.5 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt

All-purpose Flour

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour

Baking Powder

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Pinch of Salt

  • 1 pinch pinch of salt

Sugar

  • 0.25 cup sugar

Brown Sugar

  • 0.25 cup brown sugar

All-purpose Flour

  • 0.33 cup all-purpose flour

Ground Cinnamon

  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Cold Butter (cubed)

  • 0.25 cup cold butter cubed

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix dry ingredients and prepare streusel topping.
  • Combine wet ingredients and fold into dry ingredients with strawberries.
  • Fill muffin tins and sprinkle streusel on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
