Instructions
Combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
Mix sour cream or yogurt with lime zest, lime juice, honey (if using), and salt to make lime crema.
Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, cilantro, avocado, drizzle with lime crema, and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime over the tacos before serving.
