Delicious and wholesome oatmeal waffles that are quick to prepare and perfect for a hearty breakfast.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

old fashioned oats

teaspoons
baking powder

teaspoon
salt
1 to 2
tablespoons
brown sugar or maple syrup

eggs

milk
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons
liquid coconut oil
liquid coconut oil (not hot)

vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Let batter rest while preheating the waffle iron.
Grease the waffle maker and pour about 1/3 cup batter into each section. Cook until golden brown.
Check batter consistency before each batch; stir in water if it thickens.
Remove cooked waffles and repeat with remaining batter.

Stir in water to adjust batter consistency before each batch.
