This flavorful baked salmon is infused with fresh herbs and lemon, perfect for a quick and healthy dinner.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Pat salmon dry, place skin-side down, and drizzle with olive oil.
Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon zest and juice, herbs, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread over salmon.
Arrange lemon slices on top and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
Brush with reserved herb butter halfway through baking. Rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with additional lemon wedges for extra flavor.
