This flavorful baked salmon is infused with fresh herbs and lemon, perfect for a quick and healthy dinner.

Ingredients

Main

  • 2 pounds salmon fillet, skin-on
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lemons lemons (for zest and juice)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Pat salmon dry, place skin-side down, and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon zest and juice, herbs, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread over salmon.
  • Arrange lemon slices on top and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
  • Brush with reserved herb butter halfway through baking. Rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with additional lemon wedges for extra flavor.
