A quick and flavorful chicken skillet with a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half horizontally

olive oil

butter

garlic, minced

heavy cream

chicken broth
1/2

grated Parmesan cheese

grated Parmesan cheese, for topping

dried Italian seasoning

Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat oil and butter in skillet; sear chicken 4-5 mins per side until cooked. Remove and set aside.
Cook garlic in skillet 1 min, then add chicken broth and simmer 2 mins.
Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning; simmer gently. Add Parmesan cheese until thickened.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, sprinkle with Parmesan, cover, and cook 2 mins. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for best flavor and serve immediately.
