Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
Blend avocados, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes until smooth.
Mix the avocado sauce with chopped basil in a large bowl.
Add hot pasta to the bowl, toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water if needed for desired consistency.
Gently fold in cherry tomatoes, then serve garnished with extra basil and pine nuts or walnuts.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional basil and nuts before serving.
