Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb Chicken breast (thinly sliced)

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Bell peppers (a mix of colors)
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets (small pieces)
  • 1 cup Carrots (julienned)
  • 1 cup Snow peas (fresh)

Sauces and seasonings

  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (freshly grated)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil (to drizzle)
  • 2 tbsp Green onions (sliced thin)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (toasted)

Instructions 

  • Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  • Add sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic, ginger, and vegetables; cook for another 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Mix soy sauce, honey, and a splash of water; pour over the stir-fry and toss to coat.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili flakes.
