sachet oyster and spring onion sauce

Instructions
Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Slice and prepare the vegetables and chicken. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned, then add vegetables and cook briefly.
Add the sauces, water, and basil and coriander to the pan, stirring to combine.
Mix the cooked noodles into the sauce and vegetables, heating through.
Serve topped with chopped peanuts and sliced green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken briefly in some soy sauce before cooking.
