Instructions
Cook ground turkey in olive oil over medium-high heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning, salt, pepper, diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
Reduce heat, sprinkle cheese over the skillet, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes until melted.
Remove from heat, top with cilantro, jalapenos, and sour cream. Serve immediately.
