Fruit and Seeds
2 ½
cups
fresh or frozen fruit
1
tbsp
black or white chia seeds
2
tbsp
honey or maple syrup (divided)

cups
plain regular or Greek yogurt
Instructions
Cook the fruit in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until softened, adding water if sticking.
Use a masher or blender to break down large chunks if needed, then stir in ½ tbsp honey and cook for 3-5 minutes. Cool in fridge.
Mix remaining honey into yogurt, tasting and adjusting sweetness.
Divide cooled fruit compote into six jars, then top each with about ⅓ cup of sweetened yogurt. Chill until ready to serve.
