Ingredients

Canned Goods

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (enhances flavor)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin (adds warmth)
  • 1 tsp chili powder (adds heat)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (adds smoky flavor)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (infuses flavor)
  • 0.25 tsp salt (enhances flavor)
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper (adds spice)

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 1 avocado (adds creaminess)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (adds tang)

Wraps and Greens

  • 4 tortilla wraps tortilla (holds the filling)
  • 0.5 cup shredded lettuce (adds crunch)

Instructions 

  • Drain and rinse chickpeas, then mash slightly.
  • Mix chickpeas with olive oil, cumin, chili powder, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mash avocado and stir in lime juice and cilantro.
  • Spread chickpea mixture on tortillas, add lettuce and tomato, then top with avocado spread.
  • Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
