Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then add spinach or mushrooms and cook until wilted or softened.
Stir in Alfredo sauce, simmer briefly, and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
Prepare the flatbread on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, spread Alfredo sauce, and top with diced chicken and greens.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan over the top, then bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly. Broil for 1-2 minutes if extra crispiness is desired.
