A quick and flavorful flatbread pizza topped with creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and melted cheese, perfect for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 large piece flatbread or naan
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 3/4 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for sautéing garlic
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh spinach or mushrooms

  • to taste N/A Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • for garnish N/A Fresh parsley or basil

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then add spinach or mushrooms and cook until wilted or softened.
  • Stir in Alfredo sauce, simmer briefly, and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Prepare the flatbread on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, spread Alfredo sauce, and top with diced chicken and greens.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan over the top, then bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly. Broil for 1-2 minutes if extra crispiness is desired.
  • Remove from oven, let rest for 2-3 minutes, garnish with parsley or basil, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, whisk in a splash of cream or milk if using jarred Alfredo sauce.
