A refreshing and healthy detox drink made with fresh cucumber, lemon, ginger, mint, and green powder to boost hydration and nutrients.

Ingredients

Vegetables and Fruits

  • 1 large cucumber (about 300g, thinly sliced)
  • 1 large lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 1 small knob fresh ginger (about 20g, peeled and thinly sliced)

Herbs and Powders

  • 1 tsp matcha powder (or spirulina powder or spinach powder for green color)

Water and Salt

  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 1 pinch sea salt (optional, for electrolytes)

Instructions 

  • Thinly slice the cucumber, lemon, and ginger.
  • Lightly crush the fresh mint leaves.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the sliced cucumber, lemon, ginger, crushed mint, and green powder.
  • Add filtered water and stir well to combine.
  • Infuse in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, let the drink infuse overnight in the refrigerator.
