A refreshing and healthy detox drink made with fresh cucumber, lemon, ginger, mint, and green powder to boost hydration and nutrients.
Ingredients

cucumber
(about 300g, thinly sliced)

(thinly sliced)

knob fresh ginger
(about 20g, peeled and thinly sliced)
Herbs and Powders

matcha powder
(or spirulina powder or spinach powder for green color)
Water and Salt

filtered water

(optional, for electrolytes)
Instructions
Thinly slice the cucumber, lemon, and ginger.
Lightly crush the fresh mint leaves.
In a large pitcher, combine the sliced cucumber, lemon, ginger, crushed mint, and green powder.
Add filtered water and stir well to combine.
Infuse in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, let the drink infuse overnight in the refrigerator.
