A refreshing and healthy detox drink made with fresh cucumber, lemon, ginger, mint, and green powder to hydrate and energize.
Ingredients

(about 300g, thinly sliced)

(thinly sliced)

knob fresh ginger
(about 20g, peeled and thinly sliced)

fresh mint leaves
(lightly crushed)

matcha powder or spirulina or spinach powder
(for natural green color)

filtered water

sea salt
(optional, for electrolytes)
Instructions
Thinly slice the cucumber, lemon, and ginger.
Lightly crush the fresh mint leaves.
Combine the sliced cucumber, lemon, ginger, mint, and green powder in a large pitcher.
Add filtered water and stir well.
Infuse in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, infuse longer and serve chilled.
