A refreshing and healthy detox drink made with fresh cucumber, lemon, ginger, mint, and green powder to hydrate and energize.

Ingredients

Vegetables and Fruits

  • 1 large cucumber (about 300g, thinly sliced)
  • 1 large lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 1 small knob fresh ginger (about 20g, peeled and thinly sliced)
  • 0.5 cup fresh mint leaves (lightly crushed)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder or spirulina or spinach powder (for natural green color)
  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 1 pinch sea salt (optional, for electrolytes)

Instructions 

  • Thinly slice the cucumber, lemon, and ginger.
  • Lightly crush the fresh mint leaves.
  • Combine the sliced cucumber, lemon, ginger, mint, and green powder in a large pitcher.
  • Add filtered water and stir well.
  • Infuse in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, infuse longer and serve chilled.
