Ingredients

Canned Beans

  • 3 can 15 oz cans organic low sodium garbanzo beans (1 can per flavor)
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (Sweet flavor)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (Ranch flavor)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chili powder (Spicy flavor)
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder (Additional for spice blend)
  • ¼ tsp salt (Additional for spice blend)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and dry chickpeas thoroughly.
  • Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment or silicone mat. Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  • Mix seasoning blends in separate bowls. Divide warm chickpeas into three portions.
  • Coat the ranch and spicy portions with olive oil and spice mixes. Toss the sweet portion with maple syrup and cinnamon, then bake for another 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve immediately for best crunch.
