Canned Beans
3can15 oz cans organic low sodium garbanzo beans(1 can per flavor)
1-2tbspolive oil
1tbspmaple syrup(Sweet flavor)
½tspcinnamon
1tspgarlic powder(Ranch flavor)
1tsponion powder
½tspdried dill
½tspdried parsley
½tspsalt
½tspchili powder(Spicy flavor)
½tspground cumin
½tsppaprika
½tspcayenne pepper
¼tspgarlic powder(Additional for spice blend)
¼tspsalt(Additional for spice blend)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and dry chickpeas thoroughly.
Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment or silicone mat. Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Mix seasoning blends in separate bowls. Divide warm chickpeas into three portions.
Coat the ranch and spicy portions with olive oil and spice mixes. Toss the sweet portion with maple syrup and cinnamon, then bake for another 5-10 minutes.
