A flavorful and crispy roasted cauliflower dish infused with garlic, Parmesan, and lemon, perfect as a side or snack.
Ingredients

cauliflower, cut into florets
(about 8 cups)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC). Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Arrange on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until lightly charred and tender.
Sprinkle Parmesan and garlic over cauliflower and bake for 5 more minutes.
Spritz with lemon juice, garnish with parsley, toss, and serve.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
