Ingredients

Canned Chickpeas

  • 2 cans chickpeas (drained and dried thoroughly)
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil (enough to coat chickpeas)
  • to taste Salt & pepper (season to preference)
  • to taste Your favorite seasoning blend (add after roasting)

Instructions 

  • Dry chickpeas thoroughly.
  • Toss with oil, salt, and seasonings.
  • Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 35–45 minutes.
  • Add spices after roasting.
  • Cool before eating.

Notes

Ensure chickpeas are completely dry for maximum crunch.
