Ingredients
Canned Chickpeas

cans
chickpeas
(drained and dried thoroughly)
1–2
tbsp
olive oil
(enough to coat chickpeas)
to taste
Salt & pepper
(season to preference)
to taste
Your favorite seasoning blend
(add after roasting)
Instructions
Dry chickpeas thoroughly.
Toss with oil, salt, and seasonings.
Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 35–45 minutes.
Add spices after roasting.
Cool before eating.
Notes
Ensure chickpeas are completely dry for maximum crunch.
