6inchflour tortilla wraps 8 inches
0.5cupsalsa
0.5cupshredded mozzarella cheese
0.5tspgarlic powder
0.5tspsalt
0.5tspblack pepper
0.25tspchili powder
Instructions
Mix garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chili powder to create a spice blend for the chicken.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, and sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes per side.
Let chicken rest for 2-3 minutes, then slice into strips. Slice avocados into thin pieces.
Lay tortillas flat, spread salsa in the center, sprinkle mozzarella, add chicken strips and avocado slices.
Fold bottom of tortilla up, tuck sides in, and roll tightly. Grill wraps seam-side down until crispy, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook until cheese melts.
