Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 pieces avocados
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 tbsps avocado oil
  • 6 inch flour tortilla wraps 8 inches
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp chili powder

Instructions 

  • Mix garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chili powder to create a spice blend for the chicken.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, and sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  • Let chicken rest for 2-3 minutes, then slice into strips. Slice avocados into thin pieces.
  • Lay tortillas flat, spread salsa in the center, sprinkle mozzarella, add chicken strips and avocado slices.
  • Fold bottom of tortilla up, tuck sides in, and roll tightly. Grill wraps seam-side down until crispy, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook until cheese melts.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with additional salsa or sour cream.
