A delicious and healthy casserole combining lean turkey, spinach, and creamy cheese, baked to perfection.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9 baking dish.
Cook ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat for 6–8 minutes until browned.
Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and spinach; cook until spinach wilts, about 2–3 minutes.
Reduce heat and mix in cream cheese until melted; cool for 5 minutes.
Stir in beaten egg and ½ cup cheddar cheese; transfer to baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden; let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add diced red bell peppers or Greek yogurt for extra flavor and creaminess.
