A quick and flavorful one-pot pasta dish combining ground beef, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and creamy Parmesan sauce for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

ground beef

  • 1 pound ground beef

onion

  • 1 medium onion (diced)

garlic

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

salt

  • ½ teaspoon salt

black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

tomato paste

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

sun-dried tomatoes

  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)

beef broth

  • 2 cups beef broth

heavy cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream

pasta

  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rigatoni)

spinach

  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, then stir in onion and garlic, cooking until translucent.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and mix in tomato paste. Add beef broth and sun-dried tomatoes, then bring to a boil.
  • Add pasta, simmer covered for 10–12 minutes until al dente, then stir in cream and spinach until wilted.
  • Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese, and serve hot.

Notes

For a richer flavor, let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving.
