Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, then stir in onion and garlic, cooking until translucent.
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and mix in tomato paste. Add beef broth and sun-dried tomatoes, then bring to a boil.
Add pasta, simmer covered for 10–12 minutes until al dente, then stir in cream and spinach until wilted.
Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese, and serve hot.
