lean ground beef

garlic, minced

tomato paste

beef broth

plain Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese)

Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef in a skillet with olive oil, then drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic to the beef, sauté until softened.
Stir in tomato paste, then add beef broth and simmer until slightly thickened.
Lower heat, mix in Greek yogurt and shredded cheese until creamy. Combine with pasta and season to taste. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creaminess and flavor.
