Ingredients

Cake Mix

  • 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix (Duncan Hines preferred)

Dairy

  • 1.25 cups greek yogurt (Fage plain recommended)
  • 1.25 cups whole milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix (Jell-O brand recommended)

Flavoring

  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings & Garnish

  • 8 oz whipped topping (Thawed completely)
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh strawberries (Finely diced into 1/4-inch pieces)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven and prepare cake according to package instructions, then let it cool.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, milk, water, lemon zest, pudding mix, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture over the cooled cake.
  • Top with whipped topping and diced strawberries.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
