A rich and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken breasts in a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts

Seasonings

  • Salt/Pepper Salt/Pepper
  • 3 teaspoons Italian seasonings
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (shredded)

Cooking Oils

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Broth & Bouillon

  • 2 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 beef bouillon cube beef bouillon cube (or 1 tsp better than bouillon)
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce (can sub Worcestershire sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder

Dairy & Butter

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 10 whole cloves garlic
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs, then dredge in flour.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden, then set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic and add broth, bouillon, soy sauce, onion powder, thyme, and mustard powder. Simmer.
  • Stir in butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese, then return chicken to the sauce and cook until heated through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and fresh garlic.
