Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs, then dredge in flour.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden, then set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic and add broth, bouillon, soy sauce, onion powder, thyme, and mustard powder. Simmer.
Stir in butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese, then return chicken to the sauce and cook until heated through.
Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and fresh garlic.
