Instructions
Combine cooked rice with herbs, salt, and olive oil; fluff with a fork.
Melt 2 Tbsp butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Season shrimp with salt and pepper; cook until opaque.
Add remaining butter and heavy cream; simmer until thickened.
Return shrimp to sauce; stir in lemon juice and herbs. Serve over rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with additional herbs or a squeeze of lemon.
