A deliciously creamy and spicy shrimp pasta dish with crispy shrimp coated in a flavorful Bang Bang sauce.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 14 oz large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Dry ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Sauces and condiments

  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Pasta

  • 11 oz spaghetti or fettuccine

Other

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
  • Fry shrimp in olive oil until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the sauce.
  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
  • Sauté garlic in olive oil, toss in pasta to coat, then add sauce and stir.
  • Add crispy shrimp to pasta, toss lightly, then serve.

Notes

For extra spice, add more sriracha or chili sauce.
