A deliciously creamy and spicy shrimp pasta dish with crispy shrimp coated in a flavorful Bang Bang sauce.

Instructions
Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Fry shrimp in olive oil until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the sauce.
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
Sauté garlic in olive oil, toss in pasta to coat, then add sauce and stir.
Add crispy shrimp to pasta, toss lightly, then serve.
Notes
For extra spice, add more sriracha or chili sauce.
