A delicious and nutritious smoothie combining the sweetness of apples and bananas with creamy Greek yogurt and warm cinnamon.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 piece medium apple (peeled, cored, chopped)
  • 1 piece ripe banana

Dairy & liquids

  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
