Ingredients

Mini Sweet Peppers

  • 1 pound Mini Sweet Peppers (approximately 12 peppers, halved and seeded)
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 0.75 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Chives (finely chopped, plus extra for garnish)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions 

  • Halve and seed the mini sweet peppers.
