Instructions
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and basil.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through; remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter, then add heavy cream and Parmesan; stir until smooth and heated through.
Return chicken to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to combine. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or lemon zest.
