Enjoy a refreshing and healthy treat with these coconut berry popsicles, perfect for hot days or a quick dessert.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 lb strawberries roughly chopped
  • 1 cup raspberries

Sweetener

  • 2 tbsp honey or more to taste

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk (full fat)

Instructions 

  • Combine all fruits and honey in a food processor and purée.
  • Gradually pour in the coconut milk and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  • Insert sticks and freeze for 2-3 hours.

Notes

Adjust honey to taste for sweetness.
